We are seeking an Advanced Test Engineer to join our test engineering team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading a test program, facilitating acceptance and/or development testing, providing clear direction to test engineers/test technicians, and supporting troubleshooting efforts. Apart from close collaboration with the test team, the individual will work alongside cross-functional disciplines to address complex issues, ensuring seamless test execution.

• Test requirements generation and traceability
  
• Acceptance and development testing (functional and environments)
  
• First responder during test failures
  
• Failure investigation and troubleshooting
  
• Clear guidance and direction to test technicians
  
• Setup test benches and equipment
  
• Test equipment support
  
• Support to cross-functional integration and development
  
• Documentation (test plans/procedures, test reports, test requirements)
  
• Process improvement
  
• Programmatic support (Cost Account Management, Earned Value Management, Integrated Master Schedule)
  
• Customer support
  
  
  U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT
  
  Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
  
  
  YOU MUST HAVE
  
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related Engineering degree at an accredited college or university
    
  • 4+ years of experience in test engineering or related field

    • Experience leading a test team (engineers/technicians) through a development or qualification test program
      
    • Experience with environmental (rate tables, shaker, thermal chambers, etc.) and general-purpose test equipment
      
    • Strong proficiency in MATLAB and Excel
      
    • Individuals who take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by event
      
    • Individuals that assemble facts from various areas, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations
      
    • Effectively using data to make intelligent decisions
      
    • Multi-tasking and the ability to manage a variety of complex tasks
      
    • Strong test engineering experience
      
    • Experience in technical writing and presentation
