Job Description:
HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered
Respiratory Therapist (RRT Advanced) to join our dedicated team of
healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be instrumental in
providing expert respiratory care services and supporting the
breathing needs of patients with varied health conditions. The
position involves working closely with a team of physicians,
nurses, and other healthcare specialists to ensure comprehensive,
high-quality respiratory care tailored to the needs of each
patient. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with respiratory
disorders. Collaborate with healthcare teams to design and
implement respiratory care plans. Operate and maintain various
types of respiratory care equipment. Monitor patient responses to
treatments and modify plans as necessary. Educate patients and
families about respiratory health and ongoing care. Ensure
compliance with hospital guidelines and safety standards. Advanced
knowledge of respiratory care practices and procedures Proficiency
in using respiratory care equipment Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Effective communication and patient
education abilities Empathy and dedication to patient-centric care
