Key Responsibilities: Support month-end close by compiling and analyzing financial data to prepare reports and schedules Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and internal policies Conduct detailed monthly balance sheet reviews and variance analysis Monitor internal financial controls and promptly report discrepancies Manage fixed asset schedules and monthly depreciation Maintain inventory records and oversee monthly inventory counts Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Prepare documentation and provide support during annual audits Analyze spending trends and cost variances regularly Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting Complete assigned projects alongside regular accounting tasks Handle sensitive financial data with a high degree of confidentiality Perform other related duties as required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience Healthcare or public accounting background is a plus Solid understanding of GAAP principles Familiarity with accounting systems, internet applications, and budgeting tools Strong organizational and communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Great Plains and FRX preferred Demonstrated integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Interested in hearing more?
