Posting cash receipts and reconciling accounts. Maintaining up-to-date vendor and tenant records. Qualifications - What Makes a Great Collections Specialist To thrive as a Collections Specialist, candidates should bring: 2 years of Collections or Accounts Receivable experience. Experience in commercial real estate is a strong plus. Familiarity with Skyline software is preferred. Solid understanding of debits and credits.
