Legal Billing Specialist $25.00-$30.00/hour Entirely Onsite in

Specialist Role: As a Legal Billing Specialist, you will play a
vital role in managing financial operations and ensuring the
accuracy and integrity of our accounts. Your responsibilities will
include: Soft Cost Posting: Efficiently post soft costs,
contributing to accurate financial records. Bank Deposits: Prepare
bank deposits to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
Overpayments Management: Manage overpayments, fostering client
relationships and financial integrity. Inquiry Handling: Answer
inquiries and research to provide exceptional customer support.
Phone Payments: Process payments over the phone to ensure
convenience and accuracy for our clients. Preferred Qualifications
for the Legal Billing Specialist: To excel in this role as a Legal
Billing Specialist, you should possess the following
qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 1 years of Legal Billing
experience, showcasing your expertise in financial transactions and
account management. Legal Industry Experience: Experience in the
legal industry is a significant advantage, reflecting your
understanding of industry-specific financial operations and
procedures. SurePoint Experience: Familiarity with SurePoint is a
plus, demonstrating your proficiency in legal industry software.
