We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and organized Graphic Coordinator to join a fast-paced team in Orlando, FL ! If you love managing projects from concept through production and have an eye for design, this is your next move! What You’ll Do Coordinate graphic projects from concept to completion Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met Liaise with vendors and oversee pre-press/production Conduct quality checks and ensure brand consistency Maintain project records, budgets, and schedules What You’ll Bring 2 years of experience in graphic design or project coordination Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or Marketing Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Eye for detail and creative problem-solving abilities Schedule Full-time, in-person Must be flexible— overtime and some weekends required based on show schedules
