Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic
opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) is open for a
travel assignment based in Bradenton, FL, within the School
District of Manatee County. This role involves providing on-site
speech and language support across three Title 1 elementary
schools: Ballard, Sea Breeze, and Abel Elementary. Each site serves
a diverse student population, including multiple Early Childhood
Special Education (ESE) programs and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
units. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech-language
therapy and assessments to students in early childhood and
elementary settings. Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
(SLPAs) where applicable, with responsibilities including IEP
development and conducting evaluations at least two days a week.
Collaborate with school staff and families to support student
communication goals and needs. Manage caseloads independently at
schools without other SLPs on campus. Qualifications and
Experience: Valid Florida SLP license required. Masters degree
preferred; candidates with a bachelors license will also be
considered. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly
desirable. Candidates currently in their Clinical Fellowship Year
(CFY) are encouraged to apply. Experience working within school
settings, particularly with young children and diverse special
education populations. Ability to provide services across multiple
schools, with a flexible and travel-ready approach. Assignment
Details: Start Date: Immediate, with contracts lasting through May
29, 2026 (Abel Elementary assignment through March 2026). Full-time
hours at each of the three schools. On-site presence at Ballard,
