Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Permanent EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Manager to join our
rapidly growing engineering team. This is an outstanding
opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant
impact on our organization by spearheading our EHS initiatives. The
ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track
record in change management, safety, and planning. This role
requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
within the engineering industry. Responsibilities: As the EHS
Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Developing,
implementing, and managing the company's EHS strategy to ensure a
safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment. 2. Leading
change management initiatives related to EHS to drive continuous
improvement and ensure compliance with all relevant local, state,
and federal regulations. 3. Conducting regular safety audits,
inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and
implement corrective actions. 4. Developing and delivering EHS
training programs to educate employees about safety regulations and
industry best practices. 5. Collaborating with cross-functional
teams to integrate EHS considerations into business decisions,
project planning, and operational processes. 6. Managing the
investigation of accidents and incidents to identify their causes
and find ways to prevent them in the future. 7. Maintaining
accurate records and preparing detailed reports on EHS performance
for senior management. Qualifications: To be considered for the EHS
Manager role, you must possess the following: 1. Bachelor's degree
Preferred 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management
within the engineering industry. 3. Proven experience in change
management, safety, and planning. 4. In-depth knowledge of EHS
regulations and standards. 5. Excellent leadership and team
management skills, with the ability to influence and engage direct
and indirect reports and peers. 6. Strong problem-solving and
decision-making skills, with a focus on achieving results. 7.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability
to communicate complex EHS concepts to a wide range of audiences.
8. Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial
Hygienist (CIH), or similar certification would be a plus. 9.
