results-driven Manufacturing Product Manager to lead product
lifecycle initiatives, expand distribution channels, and deliver

company culture! Job Details Responsibilities: Drive the
development and launch of new products by collaborating with
cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
Lead the full product lifecycle — from concept and market research
to rollout, pricing strategy, and post-launch performance Build and
execute product roadmaps based on customer feedback, market trends,
and strategic business goals Identify and expand distribution
opportunities, while managing in-store presentation, inventory
levels, and performance tracking Serve as a key voice of the
customer (VOC), translating insights into actionable business cases
and go-to-market strategies Manage product integration activities
during acquisitions and ensure smooth transitions Create and
present product performance forecasts and go-to-market summaries to
leadership Travel up to 25% as needed to support launches, customer
engagement, or operational execution What you need for this
position: 3 years of experience in product management, ideally with
exposure to manufacturing or technical product environments Strong
understanding of product development, go-to-market strategy, and
lifecycle management Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
and influence decision-making across departments Bachelor's degree
in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus but
not required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
including comfort presenting to stakeholders Strong organizational
skills and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities
Experience working with distribution networks and channel sales is
highly preferred Comfortable with light travel (up to 25%)
