Job Description:

ConGlobal Industries, Inc., a leader in the transportation and logistics sector, specializing in container services and modifications, seeks an experienced Field Technician to join our Technical & Maintenance team. This role is crucial for maintaining our equipment and ensuring optimal operational efficiency in line with our commitment to providing exceptional service in the shipping and transportation industries. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for executing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repairing our containers and related equipment. You will collaborate with other technicians to uphold safety and quality standards that set our services apart. Perform routine and preventative maintenance of shipping containers and related equipment. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs promptly. Document maintenance and repair actions in compliance with company policies. Support inventory management of parts and supplies. Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations during all tasks. Collaborate with team members to enhance maintenance procedures and outcomes. Technical proficiency with mechanical and electronic systems Strong problem-solving skills Effective communication and documentation abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in using tools of the trade and diagnostic equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k ASE Certification preferred Technical, Trade, or Vocational school certification is a plus
