MSA Home Health, a division of Medical Services of America Inc., currently seeks experienced Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our Home Health patients in the any of the following counties; Seminole, Orange, Osceola and Brevard Counties, FL. As a member of the multidisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for performing selected nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse.Job Description:

• Provides skilled nursing care to clients as directed by the registered nurse and physician's plan of care in accordance with agency policies.
• Adherence to policies and procedure.
• Helps to achieve and maintain continuity of client care by assisting in planning and exchanging information with other health professionals.
• Prepares clinical progress notes and follows client care plans as developed by the registered nurse and according to agency policy.
• On-call rotation.Job Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a certified licensed practical nursing program.
  • Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of FL.
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
  • Home Health experience strongly preferred.
