ASAP Duration: Anticipate 1-2 years Shift: Most 7a-7p and 7p-7a There are two 8 hour shifts available per day Reason for need: Staffing shortage No Call Procedures Required: Proficiency in all emergency care procedures is required (Central Access, Arterial Line, Lumbar Puncture, Intubation, Pacing, Orthopedic Stabilization, etc.) Support Staff: APP Coverage depending on shift and time of day. EM Residency Program, APP training program as well Patient Census: Depends on location. Most FSEDs are 2 patients per hour. Main sites are more variable EM Board Eligible after successful completion of accredited Residency or FM/IM with 3 years of experience (for FSEDs Only) Emergency Privileges is an option Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
