Job Description:
HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN
Charge Coordinator to lead our Freestanding ER team in Clearwater.
This vital position entails overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring
that patients receive exceptional care while adhering to compliance
standards and operational protocols. The ideal candidate will bring
a mix of compassionate clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a
commitment to healthcare excellence. With state-of-the-art
technology and a collaborative environment, we strive to enhance
patient outcomes and support our community's health needs. Oversee
daily operations in the Emergency Department ensuring effective
patient care and workflow management. Coordinate and evaluate
nursing staff, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and the
highest standards of care. Implement and monitor compliance with
healthcare regulations and safety standards. Participate in
recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff. Assist
with patient care planning and management of medical emergencies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to improve
patient outcomes. Manage resources efficiently while ensuring
patient satisfaction and safety. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficiency in clinical operations and emergency management
Ability to handle high-stress situations gracefully Competence in
electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in
the state of Florida BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification ACLS
(Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification PALS
(Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Certification preferred TNCC
(Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred
