As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities in leading independent, fulfilling lives while promoting dignity, respect, and personal choice. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, meals, and mobility. Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and participation in community activities. Support recreational, social, and life-skills programming. Follow individualized support plans and ensure a safe, respectful environment. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
