This is a broad-scoped caregiver position and has full responsibility for direct resident care. What you'll do: - Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication assistance and/or medication administration as allowed by state statute. - Provide orientation/support to new resident assistants. - May act as shift lead as established by community standard. What you'll bring: - 1 year demonstrated experience as a caregiver. - Current Med Tech Certification is required. - Completed other state-required education classes according to statute.
