Job Description Overview AdventHealth for Children and
AdventHealth Medical Group are seeking a dynamic and compassionate
Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Adolescent Medicine Physician to
join our growing team in Central Florida. This is an exciting
opportunity to be part of a nationally recognized children’s
hospital and contribute to the expansion of a comprehensive
adolescent medicine program, including our newly opened continuity
clinic on Fairbanks Avenue. Position Highlights Join a
collaborative, multidisciplinary team including pediatricians,
psychologists, social workers, and subspecialists Provide
outpatient consultative care for adolescents and young adults with
a wide range of medical and psychosocial concerns including eating
disorders, anxiety, depression, and sexual health Inpatient
responsibilities focused exclusively on eating disorder
consultations, supported by 24/7 pediatric hospitalist and
psychiatry teams Opportunity to develop specialty clinics based on
interests (e.g., reproductive health, mental health, substance use)
Participate in teaching medical students and residents through
AdventHealth’s robust GME programs Work closely with the Pediatric
GME Faculty as part of a collaborative academic environment
Administrative time included as Core Faculty with GME Physician
designation Shared call coverage for clinic with excellent
work-life balance Practice locations include AdventHealth for
Children and our Fairbanks Avenue clinic in Winter Park Candidate
Requirements Completion of an ACGME-accredited Adolescent Medicine
Fellowship (required) Board Certification/Eligibility in Pediatrics
and Adolescent Medicine Open to new residents or fellows Commitment
to evidence-based, patient-centered care Strong communication
skills and a passion for working with adolescents and their
families Interest in academic medicine, medical education, and
program development is a plus Opportunity Includes Employed
