Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a PT Therapy Team Leader for
Clinical Leadership in our Rehabilitation Hospital. This position
involves leading a team of rehabilitation therapists to deliver
outstanding patient care. As a key member of our healthcare and
medical services department, you will be at the forefront of
creating an innovative and nurturing environment focused on
patient-centric rehabilitation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary
teams to develop and implement personalized therapy programs.
Manage and oversee the rehabilitation process ensuring progress and
adaptation of patient plans. Candidates must be dedicated to
maintaining a high standard of professional excellence,
continuously enhancing their skills in line with the foremost
rehabilitation practices. Ideal candidates must hold a Bachelor’s
Degree in a relevant field, possess a Registered Nurse License, and
hold current CPR certification. Experience of 3-5 years in a
