Volt is immediately hiring for Merchandising Coordinator in
Kissimmee, FL.
As a Merchandising Coordinator you will:
Support categories or entire teams in the development of highest
quality, consumer focused, trend-right product lines across all
channels of distribution (licensing, flex business models, vertical
and wholesale) for CLUSTER X.
Softlines or Hardlines Merchandising
--- Supports the daily implementation of the CLUSTER X product
strategy for Category
--- Input all item set up information within designated global
systems across vertical channels
--- Ensure data integrity through accurate system input &
updates
--- Provide support for team with the development of presentation
decks, briefs, and recaps
--- Coordinate samples among key partners and room set ups for
product showcases
--- Execute data entry updates and maintenance of the Brand Range
Plan
--- Prepare and maintain catalog of merchandise by quarter
(photobooks)
--- Achieve our diversity and inclusion goals through professional
growth
--- Help with coordination of other Brand Merchandising team
projects as needed
This is a full time, 4 month opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
--- 0-1 years of progressive experience in Product or
Merchandising
--- Experience with high volume of accurate system data input &
maintenance
--- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain
relationships with key partners
--- Strong Team Player - The ability to build & foster
collaborative partnerships across functions & departments
--- Well-developed Communication Skills
--- Passion for retail excellence and data integrity
--- Flexible and adaptable with a demonstrated ability to work
under pressure while meeting deadlines in a fast paced
environment
--- Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
with ability to prioritize workload and concurrently manage
multiple projects
--- High level of attention to detail; proactive, with strong
follow through skills
--- Demonstrated positive attitude with the ability to be
responsive to feedback and pivot based on changing organization
priorities
--- Demonstrated personal initiative skills in the workplace, with
willingness to learn new skills and processes
Pay Rate: $28.00 - $31.00 an hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
