a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's technology organization, you
will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL or
Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location.
Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a
regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at
the manager's discretion.
PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or

Key responsibilities:
--- Design and implement scalable microservices using Spring boot
with a strong focus on RESTful API development and integration.
--- Build dynamic front-end interfaces using the Angular
Framework.
--- Lead data mapping and transformation efforts across services,
ensuring consistency and accuracy between source and target
systems.
--- Develop, publish, and consume secure APIs, supporting both
synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
--- Collaborate with system integrators and downstream teams to
ensure API contracts are well defined and documented
(e.g..Swagger/Open API)
--- Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka, enabling
real-time messaging and data streaming specially with Avro
schema.
--- Integrate with Oracle databases, optimizing performance and
managing complex queries and procedures.
--- Configure and use Flowable BPM to model and automate business
processes.
--- Hands on experience implementing Onespan for secure, auditable
workflows across financial and regulatory processes.
--- Experience with OnBase, OneSpan for document lifecycle
management- from intake and classification to archival-ensuring
signature ready documents are routed properly via automated
workflows.
--- Skilled in managing document lifecycles using platforms like
Onbase, integrating with signature tools such as OneSpan and
Docusign.
--- Hands on experience with Flowable Enterprise for modeling,
executing and managing complex business processes, including human
tasks flows and decision automation.
--- Experienced with Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) for deploying
containerized microservices supporting document workflows and API-
driven
--- Familiar with Salesforce/Process builder, integrating document
approvals, digital signature steps and case based processing.
--- Oversee vulnerability management tasks, ensuring secure code
and compliance with internal security standards.
--- Support and guide legacy Siebel deconversion, managing data
migration and integration into modern platforms.
--- Collaborate across teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure
adherence to architectural and coding standards.
