We pride ourselves on our dedication to excellence, teamwork, and client satisfaction.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in insurance defense litigation, possessing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and motions
• Conduct legal research and analysis, gathering relevant case law, statutes, and regulations
• Manage case files, including organizing documents, maintaining case calendars, and tracking deadlines
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel regarding case-related matters
• Prepare trial exhibits, witness lists, and deposition summaries
• Assist with trial preparation and attend trials as needed
• Provide administrative support to attorneys as requiredQualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a paralegal in insurance defense litigation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
