The primary functions include:Supporting a therapeutic environment, while ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals we serve.Conducting daily living activities, including health management, cooking, cleaning, recreation, and hygiene assistance (some individuals require assistance with bathing, toileting and dressing)Following and implementing behavioral support plansDocumenting shift reports, incident reports, and individual progress notes.Learn more about our IDD Group Homes!Position Details:Salary: Starts at $16.25 - $19.89 / hour PLUS additional compensation: Shift differential (up to $2.00 / hour). Relevant experience in field (up to $2.00 / hour). Credit for higher education ($.48/hr for Bachelors degree; $.72 / hr for Masters degree).Shifts: Currently hiring for 2nd (2:00pm to 11:00pm) and 3rd shift (10:00pm - 9:00am). Orientation is held in Orlando by the international airport.Must be able to work weekend shifts.Must be able to work holidays.Other Requirements:Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test, Physical, and TB Test.Valid driver's licenseOccasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes.
