Position Title: Fabric Cutter Location: Largo, Florida Department: Cushion Manufacturing Team Employment Type: Full-Time Minimum Experience: Experienced Compensation: 15.00 Description: Leaders Furniture-- is a 53-year-old, financially stable, multi-branch retail and wholesale furniture company currently looking for strong, self-motivated individuals to join our Team. To be successful in this role you must be proactive in meeting our production schedule and customers' expectations of quality.The cut position primary job is to lay out fabric, place markers, cut patterns, and accurately pair the cut patterns with their serial tag. Our operation is automated. This critical pole position starts the manufacturing process.Qualifications:Fabric cutting experience - Minimum of 2 yearsCNC experience (preferred)A positive "Can Do" attitudeAbility to be focused on maintaining our 99% customer satisfaction ratingGreat listening, communication, and organizational skillsBring a fun and positive energy to the teamWork well in a team environmentMotivation to excelProficiency with a computerA willingness to learn other positionsThe ideal candidate will have CNC experience.
