qualifications will not be considered. A physical therapist
opportunity is available to provide full-time, on-site support for
multiple schools within a Florida school district. This position
offers a dynamic caseload working with children across several
elementary and charter schools, supporting approximately 100
students county-wide. The role requires flexibility as schedules
and school assignments may shift to meet student needs. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services
to students across up to nine schools, including elementary and
charter schools. Collaborate with school staff and families to
develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Manage
caseload efficiently to ensure all students receive appropriate
care and therapy. Maintain accurate documentation and complete
required timesheets in alignment with district procedures.
Participate in district onboarding and credentialing processes to
obtain necessary badges and compliance documentation.
Qualifications: Current professional physical therapist license.
School-based physical therapy experience is preferred but not
required. Ability to provide full-time support, working 37.5 hours
per week (8-hour days plus a 30-minute unpaid break). Strong
communication and organizational skills to work effectively in an
educational setting. Flexibility to adjust schedules and caseload
as necessary. Location: This role is based in Apopka, FL, with
support provided at multiple schools in the surrounding area.
