Salary: Up to $120,000 About the Role - Project Manager, Finance
Transformation We're seeking an experienced Project Manager -
Finance Transformation to drive enterprise-wide transformation
initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Planning &
Development, this role plays a critical part in aligning strategic
projects with company goals, focusing on spend optimization,
operational efficiency, and capital investment planning. This
position partners closely with Finance, Operations, and IT to
manage a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives and ensure
disciplined project execution in a fast-paced environment. Key
Responsibilities of the Project Manager, Finance Transformation
Establish and standardize project management methodologies, tools,
and reporting frameworks. Implement portfolio governance, including
intake, prioritization, and performance tracking. Define and
monitor KPIs to measure project success across the organization.
Lead the evaluation and operationalization of capital investment
proposals across departments. Partner with FP&A to assess ROI,
risk, and alignment with company strategy. Drive transparency and
accountability in capital allocation. Oversee a diverse portfolio
of projects across finance, technology, and operations. Ensure
business cases are maintained and tracked for performance and ROI
realization. Deliver consistent updates to executive leadership on
project and portfolio health. Act as a strategic liaison between
Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure alignment on business
priorities. Lead stakeholder engagement and change management
efforts to support successful implementation. Mentor business
analysts and support talent development within the PMO. Champion
continuous improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies.
Maintain a centralized repository of best practices, project
documentation, and lessons learned. Qualifications of Project
Manager, Finance Transformation Bachelor's degree in Business,
Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA or PMP preferred) 7
years of experience in project/program management; 3 years in a
leadership role Proven experience in building or scaling PMOs in
mid-to-large organizations Strong background in capital planning,
investment analysis, and financial governance Experience with
cross-functional enterprise portfolios involving finance,
operations, and tech transformation Skilled in project management
software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) Excellent communication,
stakeholder management, and organizational skills Experience in the
timeshare or hospitality industry is a plus Work Environment &
Physical Requirements Office-based with periodic visits to
construction or field sites Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and
perform duties requiring walking, standing, bending, or climbing
stairs for extended periods Must possess normal range of vision,
